Scribner Hollow Common Grounds

The Common grounds belong to all 26 owners and all owners are allowed to use the common grounds during normal hours of 9am to 10pm. When funds allow, the association plans to do some improvements,  such as adding a small picnic and BBQ area. 

As you walk around, please let our onsite manager, Dave  know of any things that need repair.

if you have any suggestions for improvement, please contact the board. 

if you see trash, please pick it up. This is our home.  Lets keep it clean. We're all in it together.
