Limit of Vehicles

Each Duplex is limited to 3 cars 

Each Triplex is limited to 4 cars

Rules and Regulations.

  • All vehicles on the property must be properly registered and in running condition.
  • Please do not block main roadways.
  • Speed Limit on premises is 5 MPH. 

Snow Removal

During snowstorms, please move your cars periodically to help with snow removal
