Scribner Hollow Public Utilities

At Scribner Hollow, drinking water is supplied by the Whistle Tree Development Company, which is owned and operated by the owners of Scribners Lodge.   Whistle Tree is registered with the NYS Public Water Dept and the Monthly rates are set by the state.  

Testing of the water is done periodically and the results are provided to all owners via  US Mail. 

Current Monthly Water Bills are as follows :

Duplex  :  $24.98

Triplex  :   $41.72

Each unit is connected to the Village of Hunter sewer system. 

Each Owner will receive a bill each year, usually around the beginning of August of each year.
