Scribner Hollow Homeowners Association Overview

Our community consists of 26 Individual Townhouses, spread out amongst 5 buildings. There are 2 style units,  a duplex, consisting of a single unit with 2 floors,  and a triplex unit, consisting of a single unit with 2 floors, plus an additional one level apartment with a separate entrance. 

The "A" Building has 6 duplex  units,  the 'B" building has 4 triplex units,  the "C" building has 6 duplex units,  the "D" building has 4 duplex and 2 triplex units  and the "E" building has 4 triplex units. 

Common areas include parking lots, roadways, outdoor pool, and some green space that is open to all owners to use. 

Your community is managed by a 5 person Board of directors, who are also owners in the community.  Board positions are volunteers.  Registered HOA documents can be found on our Public Documents Page.
