Dave Van Etten,  known as DRV Inc.  currently lives onsite in Unit D5. Dave and his crew provide maintenance services to our community.

DRV also handles pool opening/ closing, pool maintenance and daily testing of the water. per state regulations. 

Unit Repairs and modifications are available from DRV Inc.  as well as outside venders.  Please be aware that any contractor that you hire must provide a copy of their certificate of liability insurance before work can proceed. 

DRV  inc. is available onsite for minor repairs and help with renters.
