As we transition to the winter season, please make sure you keep your heat settings to a minimum of 55 Deg F. Your HOA highly recommends that you install a wifi thermostats that you can remotely control and monitor internal temperatures. Your HOA also recommends shutting off your water when your unit is unoccupied.
Scribner Hollow HOA has recently signed up with a new insurance company, saving us some money from our last renewal quote. our deductible has increased to $50,000, so all owners must have personal insurance covering at least that amount. The HOA also recommends that you have liability insurance of $1,000,000 and loss of use coverage of at least $20,000. A Copy of your personal insurance rider must be available to the HOA upon request.
Your HOA is looking into completing a reserve study for future maintenance projects. the results of this study may include special assessments to fund our reserve account.
Your HOA will be working hard to make improvements to our buildings and common grounds throughout the coming year and suggestions are always welcome.
All owners share in our facility and we need to hear from everyone. ideas, suggestions, and even complaints should be sent to the board of directors.
