Scribner Hollow HOA Insurance

Your HOA has a master policy covering all of our structures against Fire and other damage. A Copy of the policy is available for download below.  there is a $50,000 deductible for each  occurrence , that must be covered by your own personal insurance. 

1. Each Owner at Scribner Hollow must have a personal Insurance Policy that provides coverage for at least $50,000 of property damage, which is the amount of our master policy deductable. 
2. The HOA also recommends that you have liability insurance of $1,000,000  and loss of use coverage of at least $20,000. 
3. A Copy of your personal insurance rider must be available to the HOA upon request.

Owners at Scribner Hollow must  immediately let the board know of any damage to units, or any injuries by yourself or guests that occur on common grounds.
